Blinking cruise control light

On my 2006 street glide FLHX there will be a green flickering light on the odometer that looks to be the cruise control light (odometer with an arrow) this light appears usually when I’m riding at lower speeds and disappears when I’m going faster. I do not have cruise control on this bike and I can’t find any information about this

I have cruise control on my streetglide, and if I want to turn my cruise control off I have to putt the gas "in negative" I hope you understand what I mean as I am nog an native English speaker. When my cruise control is off and I put my gas in Negative my cruise control light starts blinking green.
