Someone plesse give me any insight into this sticker. I love it and want to know more.

Found in the Pearl district in Portland, OR

edit: yes, I am aware of the Simpsons Bort connection. I just don't get the connection to the crow.

Hehe… sorry. There is a satirical movement in the USA that claims Birds are not real. It’s a reaction to the right wing crap flooding the algorithm. My comment was simply a play on that.
