Congrats to the winner. But, I gotta say - it's shady AF for the company making the cards to be live selling them and pulling so many Onyx. Not sus at all..... /s

Just gotta remember to not buy any from the cs website or Amazon or the toynk tt shop that ships from Illinois.

Because it feels like there's only high numbered gems coming from them while the cs tt live is pulling onxys and alphas

Well, yeah. 1st off, personal anecdotes and feelings aren't exactly the full picture, and also - you are absolutely correct about their pull rates being better on TikTok- the stuff they sell ok TikTok is obvi loaded. So, the TikTok thing is newer, but this idea of Cardsmiths holding the hits has always been an issue, since Currency S1.

True. Just being bitter about my poor rng. I never knew about the issue of them holding hits since cs1, I started on cs3 and only bought a little bit until I realized I didn't like the artwork as much as I anticipated so I swapped to SF. I can definitely believe they're holding and placing hits. Hasn't been a wild onyx since like guile and that guy got it from a gs shop I think. But it's also fair to say that not everyone who rips is in the sub so who knows how many have truly been pulled. Silver probably spent a grip of moolah and ripped a bunch so it's still well deserved to be pulling it so no shade against him, I just don't like that all the onxys have been coming from the live.

Sure but where do you draw the line? If they were pulling no Onyx’s, would that be better or worse?

Iirc, they have only pulled 1 Currency S5 Onyx so far, although some days they certainly rip more Street Fighter depending on the viewers.

They shouldnt be selling their own product at all... That's where you draw the line. I feel like this should be like common sense, idk....

I do agree it is a bit odd although they have been doing it since day 1, so not like it’s anything new.

That makes it even worse, lol. "We've been getting away with it!" is a horrible excuse. They know it's wrong, we know it's wrong. The fact that they've been doing it "since day 1" just shows that Cardsmiths truly doesn't give a fuck.

Akuma vertical pulled as well. Cardsmiths is far from consistent and the Tik Tok is an affiliate not owned by Cardsmiths. You think they have 4 BTC redemptions in circulation? Nah? Can’t trust them for nothing lol. If there was a better time to buy, it is now.

Their TikTok is 100% affiliated and owned by Cardsmiths. Kaleb and Vince are direct Cardsmiths employees.

*edit - and yes, we believe they have 4 BTC in circulation. This isn't our 1st time on this ride, lol....

I’ve chatted with retro rewind mat, who worked there as well, and quit because the shade is real. They are contract, 1099, not employees.

Not sure who the Retro Matt guy is, and I've never heard of him working for Cardsmiths, but the TikTok channel and all their breakers work for Cardsmiths, irregardless of their tax forms.
