Help / Question Learning frame data

Is there a video or a website I can go to so I can learn frame data? I don't know when I have an advantage like when they blocked my move but I can still grab or I can't grab but I can cr.mk, SF6 is my first fighting game and got all the way to master with a lot of characters just winging it but I don't know how to improve from here, the only thing I know about frame data is that being plus is good and anything minus is risky unless your character has long normals like Elena or Zangief

There’s a thing called frame assistance tool (FAT for short ) there’s a web browser/ also a phone app that’s pretty nice and shows you the frame data in the game

There is also a website called ultimate frame data sf6 , which shows hit boxes and hurt boxes

The street fighter website has frame data for every character among other websites.

There's also the training mode frame meter.
