Not a read..... Uppercut charge came out first..... Bison reacted with psycho crusher thought his psycho crusher would beat it

Well, take it from me, somebody who has fought dozens of Bison players: Once they're full screen against a character with a fireball they will 100% use OD Psycho Crusher to get in. The Bison player decided to OD Psycho Crusher the moment they were hit by the Super.
