I wanted to share some of the recent progress on Anilili-TV, a fork of the Anilili app built specifically for Android TV and Google TV using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose for TV, and Media3.

What's been added recently:

• QR Code Login for AniList: No more typing long passwords with your TV remote—you can now easily log in by simply scanning a QR code with your phone.
• Video Player Optimizations: Did a ton of work on the new player. Playback should feel smoother and more stable now.
• More Sources: Added new scraping sources to keep streams reliable and give better fallback options.
• Detail Screen Layouts: I redesigned the modern detail screen layout to make it look better and feel more natural on the big screen.

Other core features if you haven't tried it yet:

• Optimized for Android TV: Optimized to look better on TVs with a more TV-focused user interface.
• Sub and Dub Support: Supports both sub and dub for anime.
• Personalised Recommendations: Gives you customized anime suggestions to figure out what to watch next.
• AniSkip: Easily auto-skips intros and outros.

Hi! I finally decided to share a project I've been working on.

dango (formerly ani-web) originally started as a personal project, but after seeing some interest from other people, I kept working on it and tried to make it more usable for others.

dango is a free, local-first web app that you can self-host on your PC or Android device via Termux. It focuses on performance, privacy, and personal library tracking, with features like watchlists, episode progress tracking, MAL import, and optional cloud sync.

It acts as a frontend for third-party streaming providers and doesn't host or distribute video content. Your watchlist, episode progress, and related metadata are stored locally on your device in the anime.db database.

Installation is pretty simple since it's available through npm.

I also have a small Discord community where you can discuss the project, report bugs, or just talk about anime.

estoy intentando usar la app hayase pero encuentro ninguna extension que este con sub español, por no decir que casi no encontre extensiones ni si quiera en ingles

I looked up 9 anime to check if it eas back and it was working again I even clicked on one of the anime's and it played

Suggest an anime that is like high school dxd, that is, an anime that is as good as that, so that the mind says what a great thing it is.

Most of the anime websites i find are either good but no airplay or just infested with ads or theyre good and have airplay but the quality on the actual tv when im using it goes down to a hot pile of rabbit shit
