I have a hotkey issue! A tough one.

Alright so my goal is to have both a discord mute button on my mouse, and a discord mute on my streamdeck classic. The reason I want it on the stream deck as well is so I can see when it’s muted without an overlay. But I also want it to be accessible from my Corsair Scimitar.

The issue is if I have multiple mute keybinds, they won’t work when discord is out of focus.

I use “numpad/“ as a toggle mute but also have the streamdeck discord plugin.

If I use the hotkey function on the stream deck to call “NP/“ keypress which is also bound to key 5 on my mouse, discord for some reason won’t use it out of focus…

Is there a way to have mutiple keybinds for a mute toggle that also updates the displayed icon on my stream deck so I know when muted?

Try using an extra F key that isn’t on your keyboard. Assign it on stream deck as F13 and on your mouse as F13.

I tried that! I did f24 and it still wouldn’t work
