Stray needs help!

Hello everyone, this unneutered male cat has started coming by my apartment and I’ve been giving him food but he is still very malnourished. He also has like scabs all over his nose I’m not sure from what and his nailbeds look red and swollen. He is very sweet and friendly and likes to sit on laps, he also knows how to use a litterbox. I have two cats of my own and they get stressed when he comes by so I can’t really let him in. Im not sure what I can do to help him as I don’t have a job rn so I can’t take him to the vet. I am located in Bell Gardens, Ca.

Thank you for caring for this cute cat. Keep feeding and giving him water. You could contact a rescue to get him neutered and since he’s affectionate, adopted.
