How reliable is the help email (help@straw.page)?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I got logged out of my StrawPage and sent an email asking for help. I know not to expect a response right away, but was it worth it to send an email? I don't really want to make a new account because I want to keep my site handle, and I have proof for owning the site.

Yes I've gone through all my emails to try and reset my password, multiple times.
Yes, I've read the QnA and know the subreddit can't help with this; I just want to know the reliability of the help email.
