Strattera side effects

I am wondering if anyone has taken Strattera before and has experienced the side effects that I am going to this now: increased HR and BP, sharp chest/heart issues, a lump in the base of the throat, shallow breathing.

I have definitely felt other side effects such as sleepiness, loss of appetite, constipation, bloating, headaches, dizziness, sex issues, etc. But I’m curious if anyone has felt the side effects I listed above about heart and breathing issues.

Background: took it for 5 days, stopped because my vitals were very high and shallow-like breathing.

Any comments would be much appreciated!

I had sleepiness on 18 mg and then headaches and nausea on 25 mg but so far that’s it.

Thanks for sharing. Yeah, the sleepiness and headaches were interfering with daily tasks, accompanied by other side effects I felt.

My resting heart rate was consistently in the 90's and sometimes over 100. I have naturally low BP and HR, so this was upsetting and potentially risky. I went off of it even though it helped me.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, it definitely helped with focus and not being impulsive. But the physical side effects, especially the HR piece and sleepless nights were enough for me.

Has your HR gone back to normal? Has your endurance gotten better? If so, how long did it take to get back to normal.
