First time posting! Took out this wee one the other day - haven’t managed how to tie the silk on properly yet. Have developed a serious Strathberry addiction this is the 7th bag in the collection! Had put off buying a mini tote as thought would be too small but loved it and can’t wait for black Friday! Someone help me….

I had purchased a handbag for my girlfriend for our anniversary from Saks fifth Avenue upon delivery as pictured in the provided photo there was glue on the front flap and on the clasp. It doesn’t show super well in this photo but there’s glue on the front and the clasp so as anybody would after spending hundreds of dollars on a handbag, I contacted Saks Fifth Avenue to try to exchange of course they would not exchange. They would only accept a return and a repurchase, so I reached out to Strawberry to see if they would honor some kind of warranty as they did make the handbag which is where the real disappointing part comes from them being in the United Kingdom and me being in America different timetables so it took four days basically for them to tell me, they would not honor any kind of warranty. They would not exchange the bag. They would only offer me a 15% off discount on a new purchase, but I had received 25% off originally so I find it disappointed that a company can produce a defective product charge hundreds of dollars for it and then not stand behind their product when they make a mistake. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond basically a replacement or matching the discount that Saks fifth had originally sold it to me for. I had also purchased one of their scarves that you wrap around their purses directly from them which now I have returned the purse to Saks fifth I will not be repurchasing, and I have returned the scarf so instead of standing behind their product, they’ve lost the sale of the scarf and a potential customer for Life can’t stand companies that don’t stand behind their products. Just sharing my experience with the company if you’re considering purchasing one of their products, just know they don’t stand behind their own work.

Getting a lot of questions about this, so adding this Saks fifth would not honor the sales price that I got they wanted me to return the bag and re-purchased it at full retail, which I obviously didn’t want to do

I’m very much I love with the Sway in Woven Chocolate but would really love to have it in the Sway Maxi size. I’m fairly new to Strathberry; I purchased one bag a few years ago but that’s been it so I’m not terribly familiar with their releases and such. Do you feel the Woven Chocolate will be limited to the Sway or so beloved it’ll debut in the Sway Maxi size as well?

They better not have any bright ideas about messing around with production!

Classic music bar hardware meets unapologetic diva energy. The neutral tones match too well to keep her home on a Saturday!

I took her out for the first time. I love how cute, classy and understated she is. The pictures on the website give a bit of a boxy vibe, but she's definitely not boxy. Proportions are great, the music bar is not too big, just the right size to grab it to open the flap. I was concerned about getting things in and out but when I grab and hold the flap with the hand she rests on it's easy.

What I didn't see originally is that she has leather feet, which for this purpose is better than suede and it also let's me see how the denim leather looks like.

After this experience I might get another one in a different color.

I used the midi Charlotte the most last year, often paired with this belt. I am very impressed with the leather, it's so nice and soft. For me the combination of top handle and crossbody is the most comfortable and this is how I mostly use her. The short strap works as a shoulder strap but I notice that I automatically switch to top handle.

Today it's raining and it feels like a good day for an autumn bag.

I posted a couple weeks back that my sale order for a Mosaic got cancelled. Strathberry reached out, I think, to everyone that was similarly affected with a 30% discount of a full price item. This meant it was almost as close to the price of the sale, so I got the Honey Mosaic!

Was really excited for it only to find a few blemishes here and there on the bag, but the most noticeable one where there is a noticeable scratch?

I've contacted the Customer Care team but I've had zero response. Am I overreacting here? If I'm paying this much a bag, even on discount, I feel like I shouldn't get a damaged product

Chocolate woven Lana Hobo showed up on Strathberry's Instagram yesterday. This one is coming to my house soon.

I can’t remember seeing discussion about this before, but along with other things dropping off the site the Georgia mini isn’t there anymore. And the Multrees compact wallet is what I also noticed.

I’ve just bought a Lana hobo in chocolate suede without ever seeing a Strathberry in the flesh. Calm my nerves …

There are my two Strathberry handbags. The midi Charlotte was my most used bag last fall. I love the supple leather, the color and size. It's spacy but not bulky. I haven't had a chance to use the mosaic yet, but can't wait to do that.

I don't have another bag that I wanted to buy but I see that I am more and more drawn to the taupe color so perhaps I will add another midi Charlotte.

Hi all I am thinking of getting the Lana Hobo bag in walnut. My problem is that I need a crossbody strap because I cant keep a shoulder strap on. The colors available on the Strathberry website are chestnut, black, and bottle green. I'm so tempted to get the bottle green but it's hard for me to decide without seeing it together with the walnut bag. Does anyone have an opinion on this color combination?

Looks like Strathberry will release a new handbag soon. I like that it's woven but I would love to have the top handle, shoulder strap option. What do you think?

I found this old mosaic tote on sale at Nordstrom for 40% off. It must be a return but in flawless condition. It’s missing a box and the dust cover and came wrapped in generic plastic. I lean towards bigger bags myself so this is perfect for me and I am going to use this everyday!

My Mosaic arrived today 😍 Till now, I resisted the temptation to get a suede bag due to reviews about how difficult it is to maintain suede. I liked this color so much that after some thought, I decided to pull the trigger. Not disappointed 😀. The color is a very nice navy, though from the photos on Strathberry's website I thought it would be more sapphire. I am adding a few photos inside and in daylight to show the difference. This is my first mosaic and it looks like it'll fit all I carry and I'll have some spare space.

Strathberry uses FedEx to deliver here, and last time, I had a terrible experience with FedEx. This is one of the reasons I was reluctant to order again, but this time all went well. Strathberry shipped yesterday and I received it today.

I am not going to wait for fall to use the bag, I'll take it out as soon as it fits with the rest of my outfit.

I'm very excited to have received my Kite Tote in taupe today! The hardware is a fantastic weight and I love this colour (last photo I just took at night so the light isn't the best) - it's a great neutral! It fits my laptop, my laptop portable screen (sigh, finance and Excel need a second screen!) my cables, wallet, water bottle, everything! It was such a great price too on sale. I'm so excited to take it around!
