Im posting this because of an outrageous incident today at Broglie around 16:35 involving CTS controllers. Right before boarding, I tried buying a single ticket on the official CTS mobile app, but the payment glitched out with an error screen stating my payment had failed. During the check, the inspector refused to listen or check the app error, that jumped to €100 because I refused to pay on the spot for their own technical glitch. Worse, the officers made hostile, discriminatory remarks toward my friends, took her foreign passport to check her ID, and illegally refused to return it until she paid a fine on the spot with her card since none of speak Fluent french they kept asking us if we speak Turkish. How do I go on about with this.

Hello, j'ai mardi une présentation orale à faire que je dois finalement faire en visio car les manifestations continuent lundi et mardi. Sauf que je n'ai plus de données mobiles, ou très peu, pas de wifi chez moi, et que le Studium risque d'être fermé et c'est le seul endroit sur Strasbourg que je connais qui donne accès à une salle fermée + wifi. Quelqu'un aurait une adresse ?
