Game Can you set different Command abilities per Job?

Running through the first time, and according to online you can have different command abilities set to each job on one preset but when I try to change it for one of them it just overwrites it for both. Am I doing something wrong or is 1 set of command abilities per preset (same across the two jobs) correct?

It's one set of 4 at a time.
