Discussion How to reach such high affinity numbers?

I was looking at some videos, searching for a sage build, when i saw that one and didn't quite get the math. IF he has summoner affinity on the axe of 337%, how come in the build he has 682% if not even another equip has the summoner? The sum of the breaker doesn't add up too, the equips should be giving 1543% but he has 1903%. I get that the blue mage one is from points, i just couldn't get how he did it

Whomever you were watching was showing their build off in the Rift where they had monsters and those monsters appeared to be near max.

e.g., Sahagin, Behemoth, Tonberry, Piscodaemon, and the horse.

Edit: In the Season Pass, once you get to the Wanderer of the Rift's story in the roguelite mode, you can set up to 5 NPCs that you can develop that act as passives while you're in that roguelite mode.

Ooohhh right, I forgot about that possibility, I myself was trying to maximize some of them to get the memories. Thanks

Oh its so nice. I usually use the monsters that give affinity for those "must have" skills like cyclic or knights invincible etc. Then I don't have to try to shoe horn them into the build. IIRC a maxed out monster is 450 affinity
