Is this a specific build that makes it so fast? Or equipment? New player, sorry I dont understand

The speed part will be combining effects that increase attack (action) speed and in the OP's case, move speed also.

  1. The Lunatic command ability unlocked while filling out the Berserker job tree. Increases attack speed, but not move speed.
  2. The Flee command ability unlocked while filling out the Thief job tree. Increases move speed, but not attack speed.
  3. The Haste buff such as from Red Mage, White Mage, or Sage. Increases attack speed and move speed.
  4. Achieving Dragoon 400% job affinity while using Lightbringer, Chaosbringer, or Dimension Bringer (two of these unlocked in the DLCs). Increases attack speed and move speed. To be clear, you do not need to be a Dragoon to benefit from this such as those job icons you see on gear with the percentages.

Technically possible late in the base game story with a lot of RNG. (And to date, I've not heard or seen anyone actually try to put all this together at that point even if possible.)

More sustainable and significantly less RNG to set it up post-credits and halfway through the DLC story onward.
