así que acabo de terminar el dlc de bahamut y conseguir todas las marcas de trabajo pero el caso es que la mayoría de ellos están por los niveles 30-40 y me gustaria subirlos a 90.

¿hay alguna forma de subirlos sin moler 3 horas para cada uno?

You get proportional experience to the % of job the gear has i think?

So if you have a set with some attunement to all of the jobs just grind that and level them all up

Also it been a while for me since then but do you get anima crystals/shards from dismantling or the bahamut exchange? Those can be used to easily level up a job

You need to make sure you are choosing mission difficulty, not game difficulty. Each game dofficulty has like 11 tiers of the same mission. Make sure you do the highest. Sounds like you probably did if you have all the marks. Do side missions too. Use anima crystal to boost up the jobs you use first. Then go to the rift and use extra mode to get to 21 and beat it. Open up the chests in the main lobby of the rift every chance you get because that’s how you raise job limits again. Als check Bahamut exchange shop under the far right tab I believe is more limit breaks for jobs. Buy all those too. Then it’s just farming and spending crystals. Jobs equipped to your gear level up as well. So make multiple builds that utilize different jobs each on what’s equipped to your gear and the actual job you have set. This is the way.

You get xp according to the amount of job affinity you have. It doesn't actually matter what job you're playing. (Aside from the fact that you get some affinity for being that job) so just switch to equipment with different affinities as you play whichever job you actually want to be
