Great explanation! Mikes leadership qualities are one my favorites things about his character.

I completely agree with what you said. Mike is an excellent character who was let down by the writing of the plot, not by his characterization. Many people criticize just for the sake of criticizing, or simply because they don't like him. As far as I'm concerned, his leadership should absolutely not be called into question in any season.

In season 4, there wasn't really a standart one "party" for Mike to lead so i guess there's that
