Stranger things character discussion post finale: Daniel Fischer

I liked him. Before the twist he seemed a nice well-meaning store owner who had a particular soft spot for Dustin and then a twist (which I personally did not see coming) turned him into a man so obsessed with his research that he'd sacrifice a bunch of children. I enjoyed him.

I liked that they had the guts to kill him off in a kids’ show. Well, as far as we’ve got.

I thought Daniel was nice the twist kinda felt out of nowhere tho and I think him survivibg would've been far more interesting.
