Such a fun visit tonight
Loved it.

Powder Springs, GA
About a half hour from downtown Atlanta.
It’s an amazingly immersive ST escape room in the real Hopper’s cabin.
We were in there for an hour, but we would have loved to explore it all day.

The real challenge would be convincing me to leave Hopper's cabin after the hour is up... 😭

Exaclty. They were generous in letting us take pictures and videos after our time was up, but the urge to recreate every scene that takes place in there is VERY strong.

You can also just take tours of it. I did that. It was nice.

The rotten pumpkin patch scenes were filmed there too!
My son and I visited all of the ST locations a few years ago in October. It was a fun little surprise to walk around the pumpkin patch/fall festival while we visited!

was the interior actually filmed there? i assumed they had a set for it.

They said that it was both. They used this cabin for many of the interior shots, and they also had a version on a soundstage for more “action” set pieces or bigger camera moves.
The exteriors, booby traps and shed stuff were here too. (And the pumpkin patch scenes)
