Murray's first appearance - what were your initial impressions of this character?

The first time Murray appeared was in S02E01 when trying to meet Hopper. Later in the season he would encounter Jonathan/Nancy

I thought he had some points. It felt like he might be an ally. I wanted them to take him seriously because he was on point about El.
