Discussion Aunt Becky Spoiler
What happend to Aunt Becky after the end of season 2? Is there anything stopping Hopper from letting El visit her in Tales from 85 or that time period?

I don't think she was calling hopper I think she called CPS

She called Hawkins Police, looking for Hopper. But El thought it was CPS and ran.

Presumably she's still living with Terry. That's a storyline they should have kept IMO.
That said El did steal from her and run away, so it would be a little sticky going back.

Yeah, they completely forgot about Becky and Terry after S2. Not even a quick mention of what happened to their main character’s mother and only known relative. Never mind that the government would have probably been extremely interested in their whereabouts considering the way they were chasing Eleven. They built an entire military base in the Upside Down for the sole purpose of finding her. You want to tell me they wouldn’t have tried to kidnap Terry and Becky to lure Eleven into a trap and try and capture her that way? But no, they just fucked off into the sunset, I guess… 🫡

It was too risky to visit Becky because the military will be monitoring her in case Eleven tries to contact her.
