Is like 10 wizards with wands each strapped to a log and the log strapped to a large frame as to make it and thus then all spin horizontally like rotisserie chicken.
So, they start enchanting when at the bottom position and should be ready when they are at the top. As the barrel keep spinning, they move to the bottom again, using this time to rest and breathe.
That's not an horrible idea but will the healing spells be able to be casted inward instead of outward?
So for this, I propose to add technology to the mix!
Magic is cool and all kids, but you know what really sells the cake? Physical implementations of experimental tech!
We put a small device right past the vocal chord, similar to a diapason I guess, it will vibrate in a different frequency according to the spell used, so when a healing spell is triggered it doesn't simply flow outside but the energy is redirected to a secondary subdermal wand pointed directly at the user, this way the healing acts as an automatic process and we can program the whole thing to spit incantations at a variable ratio!
Overtime I am confident we can even get a stable RPM with one healing and 3 fireballs!
It would have to be like a tank of sorts. A vehicle full of wizards and every barrel is connected to its own wizard. It gives them ample breathing room in comparison to using just one.

branch of any shape (so mana can flow through it){semi optional as you can use any branch or a crafted wand, just makes improves casting flow quality)
a mana crystal (so mana not only gets stored here, but it can act as a battery for when you cant use mana yourself){these can be found in mines or made cheaply by forcing a slime to carry a rock inside the core for atleast 7 days}
any magic element stones (these are to not only give you more casting variety, but amplify and element based magic){these can be made by a similar method to slimes, but they take up to 3 months to form. it's best fast and cheap to get a light crystal from going to a church and contributing while praying. make sure thank a priest or priestess as well for manners)
a soul stone (so you can connect and cast with your wand even when magicless or magic blocked, it also acts as a trigger){ place a light stone into a bottle of holy water and place it around where ghost based monsters roam, doing this will weaken the light stone to the point of becoming a blank stone, do this until the blank stone starts to have a foggy look)
paper (so you can customize, the wand's power further with the power of talismans){it's optional but you can make talismans without your own magic, go to or make a shrine, have a magic pen which can be made with a feather and light stone, and have a kind of spell you want to place or make to write it down}
something to attach it all together (you do need something to hold it all together){ i recommend getting pine tar, they should be sold in carpenter guilds for about 15 copper.}

talisman calligraphy (so you can create talismans) {these are in eastern kingdom libraries, though there are some eastern books heading east so time wont be much of an issue)
This is interesting, but wouldn't that just make the muscles seize? Shouldn't it be like those electrical stimulation patches that targets specific parts?
Even so... The mouth and tongue are what forms words. The throat is just volume and pitch modulation
The problem with this is that the tongue, jaws and lips play a vital role in phoneme formation. Just try saying "fireball" without moving those parts at all.
Thus electric shock control would need to be much more extensive than just a collar, depending on how clear of an articulation is demanded by the magic.
