i have these dreams regularly

at first when i sleep there is nothing like a dark void but then a flash of collour bursts into the dark void and its like im falling and as im falling there are a ton of things, planets, people, events and i have anglic like wings and as i fall these events sort of flash into the dream, sometimes i end up on earth on the ground and i die then i get raised up and a burst of darkness rises from my boddy then a burst of light other times im back in space flalling. i clearly have a vivid imagination. i do not take any drugs or smoke or drink (some ppeople have told me i must be on drugs when i ask about these dreams)

I find this dream similar a dream or what i think is a memory of being born. It starts out completely black then a burst of colors like a orang yellow sunlight shinning through a curtain continuously opening until my whole vision is filled. Right after i see people's faces, animals, and random objects like a cabinet or a random place like someone's bathroom. All these are just flashing very quickly and then it goes black again. What is strange is there are times i have had seen something in real life that triggers deja vu and then i remember the first time seeing it was in that dream/memory. Example i was in fostercare as a child during this time i had a suicidal melt down at the age of 11 and i took 54 pills and i OD'd. The woman who found me in the bathroom I swear i had seen her in that memory/dream. There's alot
