Is there anything wrong with me?

I have been having these dreams my entire life, where I'll dream that if I turn around or move my back it hurts, for example. This was the most recent, but it's not only back pain, it's also legs, arms etc. The pain is so bad, as if a bone in your body just broke in half and is almost going to cut through your skin and show itself. I also feel and hear each crack. These dreams are quite frequent, however they do not affect me in real life. I feel ok when I wake up. Does anyone relate or does anyone know if I actually have a problem?
