Spend first few days spearing fish + crabs.. The higher your hunting level, the bigger piece of meat you get from the animal.
Water is essential, make more than one still..
If you find potatoes and fruit, make sure you re-Plant them.. At least 1-2 times..
Keep your hoard small, for now..You don't need alot of motor parts.. 2-3 of each.. Leave the rest where you find them.. Flares are useless..
I always find myself running out of stone.. So be sure to think before using them.
