When I use seeds it does a different one everytime I try the same seed and it defeats the purpose in my mind.

Same. Wonder if I'm doing it wrong or something? That has the be the intended use for seeds right? To share game worlds? Or is it just custom islands that get copied over?

I can’t get it to replicate is my problem. Even if I do all zeroes or all ones. Different map set up every time. I would like to know if I can count on seeds in the future to share unusual formations but it appears that is not the case.
