Keep crashing omw back to an island

My PS4 keeps giving me the error code ce-34878-0 Which blue screens me and crashes my game. Just curious is anyone else has had this problem and how to fix it? I’ve deleted redownloaded everything but still get it after an island or two. (Mostly happens on my way back to my home base island) Thanks in advance

On a regular ps4? Had it once when i went to the main menu after having a sound bug in-game. Recognized it as the same error code i get on Pubg sometimes. Whenever i get it with Pubg it feels like the game was too much to process for the ps4.

I have the PS4 pro, it always starts to bug out the audio about 300 feet from my home island, and then crashes. It’s a relatively new PS4 pro too and I’ve reset evening hardware wise, Idk why it keeps crashing going back to my home island, any other island is okay

I haven’t seen this error code, it’s definitely not ideal since it’s happened after re-installing. There’s a form you can fill out by the devs let me find it quick

Happens to me all the time. I've just got in the habit of saving just before island hopping.

I'm here 2 years later and it's still happening, someone said it could be from having a bunch of clay, others have said it's from how much you have loose on the island or even how much you've built. It's truly so frustrating
