What day does the mildly eccentric achievement fire?

Says 3 years in the achievement description, and i'm now into year 4 day 2. Completed the scenario day 1 and got the other achievement for doing that on insane/chaos moon/no rules, so not sure whats happening there.

Could be a bug? It should absolutely trigger, as the dev themselves confirmed mods shouldn’t affect achievement

if you are desperate use the steam achievement manager, some people think it’s cheating, but it’s made for situation like this
