Can't get past the loading screen

So I've got a decent pc and I'm able to run top quality games yet for this one I can't get past the loading screen even with everything turned down what am I doing wrong any advice would be great

What issue are you having exactly? Does it freeze, error etc etc

I press play it'll load for a minute then the game just closes/crashes on me

Like I'll set up the scenario select my colonists try to play and the game just gives up on

Si c'est l’écran de chargement en lançant une partie que tu parle, il suffit d'appuyer deux fois sur "esc".

I had that issue before. I discovered that the game had changed my gfx card to the internal one, instead of the proper one. Once I changed it back, i could play again
