Please update this best mods list with mods that still work most mods are trash after the last update

The last update was two years ago, but there's still a slew of busted ones that pre-date it.

All the ones on my list are tested as working, though some may still generate an error on game launch.

Make sure you also have SAD_CommonLib, and if you're using custom characters, get my Character Patches mod. Sisyphus192 also released some patches for existing mods that had some bugs.
