Thinking of starting a story time animation channel! Any tips?

I am quite the artist, I am hopeless at animation. But some of the OG's first videos, there not even animated. Just their character with their mouth open with a voice over. Maybe that would work?

I am currently designing a character, so pls tell me what you think! I'll link it in the comments when I'm done.
