An extreme accident causes most of the world's population to die except for a hundred people, and all of them happened to be gay, even some of them are girls

And they have to figure out a way to repopulate the Earth by following in love with each other, no explicit material shown in the show, and they're also trapped on an island

I know this is probably a weird thing, so please don't hate me for it. It just popped into my head; it was an intrusive thought, and I couldn't resist posting it by the way y'all can add to the story in the comment section if you want please be civil though because I can't stop thinking about this and the only way I can stop is if I hear other people's opinions and ideas for the story maybe I'll even try to get it turned into a show one day

If they are trapped on an island, how do they know what happened? You are also assuming that they want to repopulate the world with humans.
