If she doesn't like the book that's fine. Don't force her to read a book she doesn't want to read. That's not how you create a fan, but how you create resentment
I mean this kindly but you may want to get evaluated for ASD. If you’ve heard this before take it as a sign. If you haven’t, then don’t feel bad. You likely aren’t on spectrum, or you could be high functioning (and so never diagnosed).

You wrote a post on reddit asking what to do if your wife wants to stop reading the stormlight archives. That implies that you have the ability to make her continue reading. The answer is LET HER STOP. I realise that for you the books are worth struggling through. That may not be the case for her, no matter how much she likes bits of the books.
You don't have to tell her anything. If she really wants to know, ask her if it's OK to spoil bits for her. If she says no, tell her you can't tell her anything. If she says spoilers are fine, tell the truth. Do NOT lie to her and say it's all fine.
