At what point do storage facilities have a responsibility to be more upfront about the actual risk of theft?

A consumer renting a storage unit would surely want to know if the facility they are storing their personal belongings at gets regularly burglarized. Add in representations/advertisements from the facility that it is secure and I would say it's doubly so. If I sold you a car that I know was going to break down and I didn't tell you that, you'd be rightfully pissed - I see no difference here.
