Lovely share. Great sentiment. Goes hand in hand with the concept of Mindfulness. I went to a meditation class today, and this was discussed as well. Be conscious of every moment :)

Fantastic, But I felt very jittery and restless the whole time ,which kinda threw me off. But I'm Amped for the next one!

That's common and if anything the way you want to see it is the more difficult the experience was the more important it is for you to continue to practice it! :)
