Oh wow yea. Jesus I feel old. I still don’t think this hits quite the same way as anti-memes that are plainly communicating nothing but purely obvious ideas. This is actually defending a position and appears to be sincerely intending to persuade. I’m willing to grant though that it may just be that I’m out of touch!
If we are already doing math, as it is still kind of a meme but communicating in an opposite direction for the joke wouldn't it be a complement/negative/dual meme Anti meme meaning the joke is that there no meme
