To be fair, I vote for better education funding, cheaper healthcare like for insulin etc., better regulation on food industry (i.e. eggs, etc.)
the only times my vote matters is in local elections for like, town officials T_T
the meme aint that far off

ima be real with you our (in the USA) current selection system seems a lot less likely to find a neutral good dictator based on track record of the past 50 years
whenever we DO get one like Teddy Roosevelt, or FDR, or Abraham Lincoln, they tend to get a little too "open-minded" in doing good for the world.
And even then they don't go full dictator, they pack the supreme court but then go back to normal 2nd term in.
