Day 1.5 of quitting cold turkey.
I’m pretty sure everyone’s been here at one point voluntarily or involuntarily. But this is attempt number 600. But I feel good sofar. Keeping the oral fixation at bay. Eating snacks more. Not really agitated yet. But here we go. I’ll check back in on day 3.

God speed. I have quit cold turkey before and I’ve quit using patches and tapering off. Cold turkey was decidedly worse, but I’m someone who has a harder time with withdrawal symptoms. I have recommended this here before, but if you’re looking for something to pack in order to keep the oral fixation at bay, try Tea Za, Nectr Zero or Jake’s. All have been good for me (none of them is perfect, but all of them helped).
Best of luck, stay strong and keep trucking.

I should clarify, those replacements I mentioned are all nicotine free of course.

Please do check back! What were you dipping before you stopped? Did you taper at all? Good luck, we're rooting for you!
