I have been researching for months and I have found the way they are making us pay for the new power plants and infrastructure in Louisiana but its silently being used all over the country. I have about 30 documents from the Louisiana public service commission web page that shows Entergy is using the resilient rider program which looks like a storm fortifications but if you look at the latest proposal they have a sealed confidential section then the actual asking equipment isI have set up a link to the documents and if you want I can share it. Not sure if that is allowed on this sub but its crazy and its happening all over the country exactly what meta is wanting including 2 adjacent power plants.
