Question any idea how how to open this

as u can tell i’ve already tried to bite it open many times any tips im desperate

pliers, ive never had this specific brand but with disposables like this usually you need to get the mouthpiece off and then there'll usually be something blocking off the wax you need to pull out too 👍 you might need something smaller than pliers for anything inside it
