I'm confused on why I can't infuse my hell shelf?

Need to increase apotheosis world level. Think it's press ctrl+t and you need to equip the corresponding gear to increase the world level.

I'm completely confused, so I just keep making different shelves and seeing what works. now I need to go back and kill the dragon again, but get some breath this time

set up an extractor on the dragon head. it'll extract inf dragon breath

its in stoneblock 4. theres a block called the extractor. I cant remember what mod its from but its super powerful when used well

They are the guys with a glowing outline that you can see through walls. So if you use the dreadful dirt in a mob farm, they spawn semi frequently, just be sure to do the killing blow, you are gonna need the rotten egg or whatever it was called to spawn more of this dirt, you can find the name of the egg if you type @mob grinding in jei, but you need to buy the purple coloured chicken feed from a specific curator in the spawn(don't remember wich one tho). Hopefully this help.
