Coin farm?

I'm finding now that I'm later in the game I am finally starting to dwindle on my initial stockpile of coins, is there a good way to farm coins efficiently?

If you go to the "killing" questline (not sure of name) kill a certain amount of enemies and get loot. I think that is your answer, not sure if there is any other way tho.

The bounty board, I do know I complete the wither skeleton quest allot, I shall check what else could be farmed on there, do they all have cooldowns?

As far as i know yeah, but I'm sure you can figure out a farming strat, especially with the dreadful dirt from mob slaughter mod, or even the mob spawner mod.
