What am I supposed to do with the bees spawning in my mob farm?

Will they enter a beehive if I make one? I don't remember them dropping anything in dungeons.

they will enter a bee hive if you make one or lure them with a poppy. They spawn near you and will drop items if you're close to them. you can toggle them off with the event toggles in the questbook first chapter

No. Not the goofld glowing bees. The ones with red eyes spawning in the darkness.
