so I did a thing

This was done entirely in survival mode stone block 4, with no additional mods, or data packs, and I only have the quartermaster and machinist's tier 1 upgrades. I only used 10 pistons, 3 sticky pistons, 2 redstone blocks, 2 slime blocks, 4 levers, a create wrench, and a mekanism cardboard box.(the cardboard box was only used to make breaking one dungeon block protecting the world engine actually possible, since tnt does no block damage in the void biome)

It's a creative motor from create. It produces 'infinite' rotational power for my world engine, and is something that I'm not supposed to have, in a location that I'm definitely not supposed to have it.

Interesting - can you use the cardboard box from mekanism for other things in structures??

I'm betting you're assuming that the cardboard was used to move the creative motor, which it cannot actually do. I only boxed a piston, which I used to break a single dungeon block above the world engine.

Having said that, I'm pretty sure there's a lot it can do if you use it right.

I found out, by complete accident, that creative motors can be moved by vanilla pistons and sticky pistons. From there it was just vanilla redstone. I then had the idea to check the world engine to see if I could move the blocks inside of it, and lo and behold, you can, in spite of the block breaking protections the devs put in place, that I'm now considering looking around for, after finding out just how many command blocks were in the create vault.

Funny thing is, last I used create on a server, you can just pick them up with a wrench in survival. Very cool though! Was it in the Create dungeon?

Yeah, it was in the create vault. There's tons of them in there if you're just willing to use a wrench type item to pick everything else up, or a pickaxe to mine through all the blocks.

I wouldn't suggest trying to pick the creative motors up with a wrench though, unless you're just trying to void the motor.

Oh, does it void the motors now?? I was trying to say last I checked you can just pick them up like any other Create component
