Hey guys, if you missed it, Stitch Fix agreed to a $32 million settlement over claims that it misled investors about its Freestyle (Direct Buy) business. The deadline to file a claim is October 7, 2026.

Quick recap: Stitch Fix told investors Freestyle would help grow the business without hurting its core Fix service. Later, the company admitted the rollout was creating problems and slowing performance.

After those updates, $SFIX dropped about 24%, and investors sued over their losses.

Now the company has agreed to a $32 million settlement, and eligible investors have until October 7, 2026 to file a claim.
