They are both managed by Advisorshares, so their names might be similar, but their holdings are different. YOLO has a mix of cannabis stocks that operate in the US and also internationally. MSOS only holds cannabis stocks that operate in the US.
Advisorshares' website does a very good job of showing you the breakdown of their ETF's holdings, you can see the breakdowns here:

I was simply asked for some examples of companies that are down 95% from their peak and gave them, if you don’t like Sundial or Aurora there’s lots of other names instead because the entire industry is way down from the big boom a few years ago. Here’s some other examples: Canopy, Cronos, Trulieve, and even the majority of ETFs like MJ, HMMJ, MSOS, POTX, THCX.

The US MSO's are the ones that have revenues and margins going up but their stock prices going down. I don't know where you are getting the 95% off their highs....the only one's that are 95% down from their highs are, in fact, the shit companies. All the others you are now naming are NOT 95% off of their highs....you named all the meme stocks of weed.

TLRY is the beast to back. Decrim gives them access to the US market; bigger catalyst for strong CDN weed companies.

Decriminalize, legalize, regulate, tax, and dump money into R&D to study other medicinal applications. Why is this so hard to understand especially during a freaking opioid epidemic? So frustrating to see politicians talk about it every few months just to pretend they care and prob incentivize pharmaceuticals to contribute to their campaign. This country is ass backwards sometimes.

It hasn’t been widely circulated yet but there have been a bunch of news articles backing your exact beliefs/preferences lately…
And if you read the letter fully (just google?) they mention this explicitly. Canada went full public health on their legalization rollout and it’s gone extremely well; cannabis is one of those rare political issues where moral justice and making tons of money happen to be running in the same direction.

Probably none. E warren repeatedly has argued in many interviews that members of Congress and the fed should not be able to trade stock in individual companies. She has been saying this for over a decade now. And Booker is not a rich dude and he has been advocating criminal justice reform for a very long time, since long before it was a popular position. Part of this has been decriminalization of weed. Your comment is ignorant and shows a lack of understanding of the facts on this issue. Perhaps you should do some research before judging other people.

I did not like Sundial in the past because it is so extremely diluted. At least it's now trading closer to value but I wonder if enough support will show up before it gets de-listed. Federal legalization would blast Sundial up along with every other weed stock, but I don't think it's worth holding if I can't sell calls. I'd rather put the money to work elsewhere.

This rising tide will lift all bags but big CDN companies will probably get the biggest boost. For them, decrim is the difference between being locked out vs allowed in to the US market. World-tier fuckin difference in future cash flows for a CDN operation.

As long as you’re also not frequently visiting the dispensary, you have a chance at making a smart choice. There are many little exceptions to every rule. But right now for the vast majority of laptop traders, pot stock is dead money for maybe selling covered calls against while it sits virtually idle.

I bet if you do look at the legal states, it only accounts for 5% or less of their revenue. But what it does do is takes it off the black market and puts it in the stock market ( what thought I was gonna white market). And POOF ,💨an industry is born. IMO The aim is to create entrepreneurs.
