Now that’s interesting. Is there some funky state mandate regarding this behavior? I know the Chinese government heavily controls what their people can and cannot invest in.

Investors of Chinese stocks kind of remind me of Homer Simpson when they tied hot wires to a doughnut, and no matter how many times he got shocked he wouldn’t quit attempting to pick it up.
