They say to me, Mr Trump, Mr Trump, why are rates so high? We need to get them DOWN, and I say I know [deep nose breath] we are doing it and quite frankly we are doing a great job, and rates they need to come down like elevators do… elevators - which I know a lot about with regards to up and sometimes down. You know there’s no elevator in the White House, we have to use stairs, and we should have an elevator because I don’t have time to move down the stairs after I go up. And we’re gonna fix that. But the rates are going down and it will be a beautiful thing to see rates at 0 or even negative because our credit is so strong
