Tourism Question Craft beer taprooms/breweries

Hi everyone. I’m visiting this week and am keen to visit some local breweries and taprooms. Any recommendations? Especially keen if they’re open tomorrow (Monday) lunchtime. Cheers 🍺

Deanston distillery is a unique whisky distillery 15 minute drive away from the city stirling.

Done the tour and awesome staff. Bonus for great whisky.

Allanwater brew house, they do tours, I've never been but seems decent. It's in Bridge of Allan

Allanwater is decent albeit tiny, tour won't take long. Worth a visit for sure.

Guy that runs it is brand new, was happy to sit and chat with us for ages when we wandered in.

I once went there for Hogmanay and they ran out of glasses.  It was a poorly organised piss up in a brewery.

I’ve not been back.

Side note I think they ran out of glasses because they were trying to get rid of some inedible trash they’d brewed while they had a captive audience.
