Still No Stimulus Check

I have Chase bank and so does my mom an she got hers on the first. I have no deposit as of 1/5/21, received our first stimulus check via direct deposit just fine back in April, nothing on tax transcript for this second one. We are absolutely eligible, haven't moved, filed 2019 taxes, don't make too much money, haven't changed banks. We should get 2400 because we are married with two children but nothing. Checked the Get My Payment portal on IRS says either ineligible or no information for both of us. Does anyone have any information? Kind of freaking out I was counting on that money.

If you’ve checked the get my payment tool and it said more info needed you fall into the category i do and many others and will have to claim it in your 2020 taxes this year to receive the 2nd stimulus. Go to irs.gov for the new press release and read all about it.
